"Last week we had a delightful summer dinner at Hotel Enzian, our favorite winter retreat in Zürs. It was a pleasant surprise to find them open for hiking tourists. The service was impeccable, with the owner herself attending to guests. We savored a fresh burrata salad, followed by a delicious Wiener schnitzel and osso buco. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, making it a perfect family evening. Hotel Enzian maintains its high standards year-round. While primarily known as a ski season destination, it's equally charming in summer. The warm atmosphere and excellent cuisine make it a hidden gem for summer visitors. We're already looking forward to our winter stay for skiing. If you're in Zürs, whether for hiking or skiing, Hotel Enzian is definitely worth a visit." Service: 5
