We stayed at this hotel. Our stay was successful, I have nothing to criticize about the restaurant. We arrived late at night so checked in the next day. Nicola at the reception was very nice, she provided us with all the necessary information and advised us on activities during the entire stay. The waiters and maids were also very helpful. However, I must point out a few things. The breakfast was very poor (the same every day). The bathroom is quite small and you have to take towels from the room. The lady at the reception warned us about towels, but I believe that they should be provided directly in the wellness area (everywhere I have been so far, this has been the case). We had a triple room suitable for 5 people. In terms of size, it wasn't much. If there were five people there, they would barely move. A final observation is that some hotel staff should be trained in their behavior. The lady walking around the hotel in black seemed very uncomfortable, she was rude to the rest of the staff, and the gentleman sitting at the bar used some rather inappropriate words. We do not know the exact location of these people, but since they also went to entrances that only employees had access to, we assume that they were part of the hotel. I recommend retraining these people to at least reconsider their behavior in the presence of guests, especially children. This gives a very bad impression. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 2

Hello, we spent 3 nights and 4 days in this **** hotel... we enjoyed the peace, quiet, very nice environment, just a stone's throw from Jasna, L. Mikulas, L. Ján. Nearby there is a clean and nicely equipped coop store, where we could buy tea, make-up remover tampons, ear buds and shower gel, unfortunately these things were not replenished in our room during our entire stay. But that doesn't change the fact that we were satisfied and have only the best feelings from our stay. The apartment was nice, clean, spacious, the balcony was great, the bathroom was nice, cozy and clean. We had 2 TVs in the apartment, one in the bedroom, the other in the room with a balcony. We had clean towels and tidy every day. The reception staff was kind and helpful. Service 1*, smiling, willing, attentive. The food is fantastic, a gastronomic experience. I asked the waiter for pure water with lemon without syrup and sugar for dinner and a broth without noodles (so as not to overdo it with carbohydrates as I have DM1. ) then I got an incredible surprise... the chef prepared dinner for me the same as we had a choice but modified for DM1. Instead of lox, he offered me fried potatoes, cabbage puree without sugar, panna cota dessert with dark chocolate... I appreciate it very much and, of course, thank you once again to the chef and the waiter.
