It's important to keep in mind that the hotel is probably trying to provide quality service, even if it doesn't meet all of your expectations. Regarding small and busy rooms, it is noted that the average surface area is 19m². This may actually be limiting for some people, but it is important to note that comfort and available space may vary from hotel to hotel. The same goes for the decoration, it doesn't suit you anymore, who can we?? It's a shame that you're upset over such a minor problem and that many of the customers find it rather pretty and pleasant.
