We stayed last week with a group on the bus and stayed for two nights, the food was acceptable, minimal portions, the girls in the dining room were very good and helpful, the bedroom was very small, the smelly pillows were disgusting, something I've never seen in the many years I've been working away. , grumpy and unhelpful owners, annoyed with anything I asked them, at Sunday breakfast we found ourselves with hot water, asking if fresh water was available the answer was that the fridges were off the owner looked at me like a beggar .., shameful attitude for those who pay for a service, hotels to stay away from, terrible service, I believe that those who don't know how to do their job must change profession, when working with the public, availability, patience and above all education must never be lacking which is missing in this place, a training course that teaches how to behave towards the public is highly recommended.
