Les clients n'apprécient pas vraiment prendre un poisson à Hotel Alfredo's. Un personnel digne attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Si vous voulez profiter d'un service sympa, vous devriez aller à ce lieu. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une ambiance exotique. Mais les visiteurs ont classé cet endroit en dessous de la moyenne sur Google.

Our stay at Hotel “Alfredos” was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, we encountered problems: for four days, we were not able to get a proper table in the dining area. The staff mistakenly thought we were part of a group of German tourists and did not allow us to choose the menu for the following day. This caused confusion and discomfort. One staff member in particular left a very negative impression: a woman with short dark hair (a bob haircut), glasses, wearing a white T-shirt and black pants. She was extremely rude — grabbing plates from the table even if the food was not finished, not speaking any English, and behaving in an aggressive and disrespectful manner towards guests. The only bright spot in the entire hotel was a young man (we believe his name is Emilio, but we’re not sure). He had dark hair, wore a black shirt, and was always very polite and helpful. He was the only one who made us feel like guests were actually valued. As for the hotel itself — it leaves much to be desired. The rooms are old, the air conditioning is only available for an extra charge, and most of the staff doesn’t speak English, which makes communication very difficult. The food was also poor — bland and repetitive. Overall, we were very dissatisfied and do not recommend this hotel. The price does not match the quality of service or the living conditions.
