Dear honchos Overport I am writing to express my disappointment with the chicken cheesy wrap purchased from your honchos Overport on 2 /08/2024. Unfortunately, when I opened my wrap, I found that it did not contain any chicken, which is a main ingredient listed on the menu. Instead, the wrap was filled with an excessive amount of fried chips. I was looking forward to enjoying a tasty and satisfying meal, but the absence of chicken and the overwhelming amount of fried chips made the wrap unappetizing. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and accuracy in the food I receive. I would appreciate it if you could take steps to ensure that your menu items are prepared correctly and with the ingredients listed.
