We walked the Caminno di San Nilo in November 2023 and choose to spend one evening at Casale Il Sughero after arriving in Morigerati. Lisa and Amedeo were just the most wonderful hosts. We were grateful for the transfer to their beautiful home where our room was very comfortable with an exceptional view all the way to the sea. Walking around their farm and enjoying the rich aroma of rosemary bushes, the color of spent pomegranates bursting open and end of season tomatoes drying was delightful. Our dinner that evening is unforgettable as Amedeo brought local ingredients to our plates in the most delicious recipes accompanied by superb local wine. We enjoyed their company along with that of their sweet young children and only wished we could speak Italian, yet Lisa has excellent english which was wonderful and we could leave Google Translate aside for our stay! After a great nights sleep and tasty breakfast, we were so grateful for this short visit and hope to return and stay much longer the next time. Highly recommended. Service: 5

Along the Camino di San Nilo we stayed in Amedeo and Lisa's farmhouse. An oasis of tranquility. Rooms furnished with unique pieces. Fabulous dinner prepared with ingredients produced by them. Spectacular breakfast served under the strawberry grape pergola overlooking the town of Vibonati and the coast. Well done, really! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet
