Hey y’all, nothing recharges my battery after a Saturday night out like the authentic pho that touches the soul. Friends, it’s soup season and I’m glad to find this gem in the neighbourhood. This one is different, its quiet, clean, bright, and has a calming atmosphere that really helps with recovery after a night out. Soup base was fre shiny and clean, and their noodles are quite chewy, which was surprisingly good. I recently dined at Hoi An Cafe and had an incredible experience! The specialty dishes were outstanding. The Number 8 Cao Lau Đặc Biệt was a highlight, featuring tender noodles and perfectly seasoned pork, all brought together with a rich, flavorful sauce. The tapioca dumplings were delightful, with a chewy texture and a savory filling that was simply delicious. The pork and shrimp rice cake was another standout—steamed on the outside soft and flavorful on the inside. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a great meal. I highly recommend Hoi An Cafe for anyone looking to savor authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I'll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
