We have often heard good things about Hoang58. Due to the high volume of Kosmos in Chemnitz, we thought we would have a nice meal at Hoang58. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant visits we have ever had. First we weren't served for 45 minutes. Then we ordered drinks. The beer was warm and they were the wrong drinks. After 1 1/2 the friend's food came and the rest of our food didn't come. We tried in vain to find a waiter. We were ignored later, after the second inquiry as to whether our food had been forgotten, there was no final apology or, alternatively, a quick suggestion for a solution Other guests who arrived much later received their food much earlier. When I asked for the third time, the food came immediately. There was no insight from the waiters or the owner. When we wanted to pay we had to go to the counter and again we were ignored, we were actually charged for everything and the wrong drinks were listed... It's really a shame because a lot of guests had already left... Compensation would have been really nice and appropriate, but when I asked the waiter about it, there was no insight again.
