I would like to leave a different type of review. It’s actually a belated thank you. I got stranded at Kork when I was travelling to Strasbourg last year. I didn’t speak german, and uber services were not available. I was passing Hotel-Restaurant Hirsch. It was late at night around 11pm, I was cold and in distress when I saw lights dimming in the town which made me more terrified of the situation that i was in. Luckily I met a man with a parrot on his arm leaving the hotel. I am not sure if he was the owner or he was employee, but he was definitely my guardian angel that evening. I approached him for advice how to get to Strasbourg. When he listened to my story, he offered to help me get to the closest town which had tramway running to Strasbourg. Thank you for giving me a ride and saving me that evening! Wish you and your parrot lots of health and happiness! I will never forget your kindness!
