If I could give one star I would. This place used to be good but recently I don’t even know what happened. Their service is terrible, food tastes like it was left in the fridge overnight, and prices have been raised ridiculously. I used to come with my girlfriend, we both love sushi and this was somewhere we always raved about to our friends. Now, I recommend no one to come. Stay away if you can. We spent $100+ which was a lot more than we usually spent and for the same amount of food. We also both agreed the food didn’t taste the same, tasted like left overs to be honestly. We asked the waiter about this and she lost her temper. It felt like a mom scolding a child for doing something wrong. No way should a restaurant service worker be talking like this to a customer. We paid the bill and still left a tip, but I promise we will never be coming back. I have no idea what happened to this place but damn, sucks that someplace that used to be so good turned to this dumb. Great food and presentation. Sale pairings are spot-on. Highly recommend you go out of your way to enjoy this amazing restaurant. How it doesn’t have a Michelin star, I don’t know. I enjoyed the assortment of fresh fish in my latest meal at Hibiki Japanese cuisine. The fish was soft and yet firm to indicate good quality. The prices arecreasonable as they reflect the better quality of their ingredients. The resturaunt is clean. Parking was easy and accessible. Staff were friendly and polite.If you like my review's, photo's or video's dig into your fish bowl and give them a thumbs up.
