Never have I been disappointed here. Not once! The food has always been great. The service has always been on point. The atmosphere has only ever been compromised by other customers and that only happened one time. I've been here many times and enjoyed it thoroughly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food and presentation were amazing! Had left overs the next day and the filet mignon and striploin were still very juicy and tender. The service was ok, definitely not great. I would give this 2.5 stars if I could. It gets pretty warm inside and so I asked for a refill of my drink with lots of ice and it arrived with less ice then it originally came with. I pretty mucj drank warm sodas all night when I prefer my drinks ice cold. Waitress did not care at all as they are getting their gratuity added to the bill no matter what as you have no option to enter an amount. Gratuity automatically gets added to your bill at 23% I believe. Atmosphere was ok, gets pretty crammed inside and lighting is not the greatest. Could use more wall sconces or LED light strips on the ground for better ambient lighting. Service definitely needs to be better considering you are spending atleast $80 per person. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: There are Halal options. Parking: Parking spots are tight and it is a fairly busy plaza. Not so busy during the day. We visited this hibachi teppanyaki restaurant with a 7 pm reservation but were seated at 7:25 in a room that was quite dim and located near the washroom, which wasn’t ideal. When we inquired about the seating, the server mentioned that they were very busy and this was the only space available. It was a disappointing to wait despite having a reservation. The chef arrived around 25 minutes later and, the experience felt somewhat rushed, as the meal was prepared in just 20 minutes for our party of nine. Some of the food didn’t meet expectations — a medium rare steak was cooked more towards well-done, and my veggie fried rice didn’t seem to have any vegetables. Overall, the long wait, rushed service, and food quality didn’t meet the expectations we had for the price.
