I recently visited Hey Döner & Burger in Podgorica, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the quality of the meat and the burgers was outstanding. The flavors were delicious, and it’s clear that they take pride in their ingredients. However, I must say that I was a bit disappointed with the service. The girls at the counter didn’t seem very professional or attentive. It took a while to place my order, and they didn’t provide much guidance or information about the menu. It’s essential for a good dining experience to have friendly and knowledgeable staff who can help customers make choices. Despite the service hiccup, the food itself was fantastic, and that’s what matters most in the end. If Hey Döner & Burger can improve the professionalism and attentiveness of their staff, it could elevate the overall lunch or dinner experience and make it a top-notch spot in Podgorica.
