The worst service I've ever seen. We traveled to many countries but like this service from this bar, I never saw it more rude, from the first moment we sat down. We just didn't get up and left because we had already ordered the food and we were very well educated. I really don't know how they still have customers, they must be unsuspecting tourists, like us...

Worst service in Chur Old Town. I’ve been visiting Chur since 2018 and have been impressed with the restaurants/bars in this beautiful and historic city. Sadly, the service in Hemingway was very disappointing, which was a shame given its exceptional location in the Old City, with outdoor tables next to a fountain. We waited over 10 minutes to get any service and had to ask for the menu. No one came to take our orders while the next table was served by a staff. Apparently a different staff was assigned to our table and we had to ask for service to give our drink orders. No follow-ups made and when we were done, we had to again ask for service to settle our bill. We were charged for a wrong item and the waitress’ approach in discussing it was not friendly nor professional. Price per person: CHF 10–20
