Today at 11 o'clock. 3 tables occupied, so really nothing to do..... 3 servers who obviously didn't want to work. We waited almost 20 minutes and also spoke to the staff passing by... but NOTHING... we were not even ignored. As I was leaving, all 3 of them stood next to each other inside and when I asked "don't you want to, or can't you" I was stared at with big eyes... and NOTHING happened... that was a very special experience Kind....NEVER AGAIN!!! The answer from "Heimspiel" is an absolute disgrace. There were only three tables occupied...at the entrance there were 2 older men, a table with 2 older women who had already complained about the excessively long wait to pay and a table towards the city with a guest. Twice we - my wife and I - spoke to the waitress passing by and were completely ignored. It's a good thing if you protect your staff... but please stick to the truth!!! Service: 1

Dear Karl, thank you for your feedback! After consultation with our colleagues on site, our guest garden was well attended. Since no one was seated and the service couldn't hear you acoustically, another colleague came to help, but you left. We regret the inconvenience and misunderstanding that occurred.
