After reading stellar reviews about this ice cream shop I had really high expectations. I went in and asked for an ice cream for myself and my daughter. I was disappointed when her single scoop cookie dough ended about an inch before the actual tip of the cone, which is absurd to me. I asked for the mango flavour only to be told that they wouldn’t serve it at that time, even though it was right in front of me and 3/4 full. The ice cream itself tasted of freezer burn and I wasn’t overall impressed with the quality. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. It’s very expensive. Haven's Creamery provided late night ice cream at our wedding and it was a huge hit! The bike setup is so cute, the server was lovely and the ice cream is top notch. Love supporting local, especially when it's the best. Thanks for the fun treat on our big day! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love havens especially their coffee ice cream. I had a weird experience during my last visit when I ordered a London Fog ice cream - it tasted so salty and completely lacked the creamy Earl Grey flavour that I thought the servers mixed it up with salted caramel. I went back in and explained the situation and the server was rude. Given her attitude, I didn't want to make a big deal about it I just said it was fine and walked out and tossed the ice cream as it was inedible to me. So I'm unsure if the ice cream flavour is not up to par, there was a mix up, or my taste buds are completely off.
