Ordered some vegetable pakora and paneer pakora and they were burnt and drier that cardboard,, called them and complained and was told that we did it to the food ourselves??? Lmao Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

Hey Vimal, I’ll try and explain to you again what we were saying over the phone. If you take pokora at 7pm and eat them 2 hours later they will be cold and dry, that’s the way it works. The reason we make you wait when you arrive is because we fry them at that time of your arrival. We even tried to offer a discount for your next visit, but there isn’t much more we can do besides that. But this doesn’t come as a surprise as you were already complaining about prices when you ordered. Times are tough, but taking food and trying to get a refund after eating is pretty low. -Haveli TeamMore
