Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine française et suisse, venez à ce restaurant. VILLA Schweizerhof pourrait vous faire plaisir avec un soupe fascinant. Les gourmets disent qu'un parfait est délectable ici. Le plus souvent, vous reviendrez à ce lieu pour déguster un vin délicieux.
Un personnel mignon attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service professionnel est toujours un plaisir. Cet endroit propose des repas à un prix raisonnable. Excellente présentation du restaurant, la situation est exceptionnelle au bord du lac. L'ameublement à était choisi avec goût, les matériaux sont également super.Le service à était impeccable, vraiment parfait.La cuisine est bonne, bien présentée, les prix sont très correct, pas de plat qui sortent de l'ordinaire comme souvent en suisse.

A really disappointing first visit - with two friends from out of town at the VILLA Schweizerhof. We could have just been very unlucky, but - and this especially in comparison with other high-priced restaurants - something like this has never happened to us and hence this review as feedback from our experience: 1. The service wasn't good: We had to wait at least 20 (if not 30) minutes to order from a completely new and very inexperienced waitress, and I was only then able to ask for the wine list that wasn't given right away - I was close to it Clarity to call a waitress if it wasn't really the first visit (as it got late, you passed the table more often...) 2. It was chaotic: Our friend's vegetarian menu simply came with catfish without ordering, while the menu I ordered came without the main course (two types of venison), venison entrecote, which I was particularly looking forward to, even though the sharp knife was extra for it was set... they wanted to put it away twice, and each time I explained the error - first very politely, then a little more firmly, for free: 3. I would have had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the main course that I had actually ordered (and then everyone else without a course): they would have “lost” the order and therefore suggested that I go straight to dessert was that okay: No, it really wasn't! No big apology from the young but (somewhat) very self-confident waiter who came then - I “made do” with an intermediate cheese platter. 4. The water was on a distant side table and was only poured when requested, all 4 glasses were constantly empty - annoying and not professionally attentive 5. At least the bill was supposed to be accommodating: they wanted to leave the desert on my house and then not bill the mistaken intermediate course of “catfish” as the main course that was brought 6. Incorrectly overpriced bill: Unfortunately, we discovered that the one bottle of Sassi grossi consumed (112.-) was listed twice on the final bill... The answer of the other young and quite self-confident waiter (the management?) to this new annoying complaint: “haha, if something goes wrong” - well, it was really too much for us! And with such real mistakes, first of all, there should have been a clear, honest apology (and not a joke) (at least that came when we met by chance when we left the door) and it could have looked different, no actually it should have - I would have The bottle was then taken over as a really professional, high-quality restaurant after all of this - even after such an actually inexplicable faux pas, which was also included in the bill: Unfortunately, as Lucerne residents, we won't be coming back after such a spoiled restaurant visit... Our impression and recommendation: There is a lack of a really experienced, i.e. professional and experienced restaurant management - at least on this Saturday evening. You probably have to notice that the service is significantly understaffed overall given the busy Saturday evening - but the guest doesn't pay for that... Conclusion: We're not sure whether it was just a bit of "shadow in what was otherwise a lot of light" - far too much went "wrong" for that... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
