As a bowling club, we regularly come to Haus Lindermann every 4 weeks with 11 people. The bowling alleys are good, even if something was broken every now and then. The food is also okay. Unfortunately, the behavior towards us is terrible. Several times a different time was announced or canceled the day before or on the same day. In addition, a minimum consumption of 200.00 euros was introduced, which we always met despite sometimes lower attendance. After being canceled several times and even being thrown off the course on the same day due to unprofessional planning, we will now look elsewhere. Conclusion: bowling alleys and food ok, behavior towards guests not service-oriented, unprofessional. Poor management in the service sector. Nobody had anything to report, just her...Especially with a train that comes from 7/8 p.m., others do it from 4 p.m. For further criticism: People always only criticize the company's misconduct. Strangely, the behavior of the guests is never mentioned. How do you want to defend yourself as a company?! It does not work. It's easy for you, you just put something in Google here instead of clarifying it with the company directly. Is it okay for you to cancel at short notice? Good luck finding a new location. More
