Preferably 0 stars. Order via Lieferando. We live in Winsen. Then got the call that the order should be canceled “we are in Hamburg”. To be honest, it's not our problem. When I asked what happened to the money, the boss said I should contact Lieferando again about the cancellation. Ordered once and never again. Sorry, but anyone who offers their service via Lieferando also has to specify a delivery limit and not excuse themselves. If Lieferando hadn't canceled independently, the whole thing would have escalated because there wasn't even an apology from the boss. Just pushing and talking. I assume that if it says ordering possible, then an order is possible and if it is NOT possible, then they apologize as a service. Very easy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Preferably 0 stars. Ordered food via Lieferando, which was canceled by Harun Imbiss by phone after 30 minutes. When we asked, since it had already been paid, we were supposed to report back at the end of the day at 9 p.m. because the boss wasn't there. Called again at 9 p.m. and we are supposed to wait 10-15 minutes for a call back, but no one has been available since 9:20 p.m. and no call has been received. Was the first and last time...
