Last week my order arrived with a missing item, I waited another ten minutes for the missing item, I asked them to warm up my food as it became cold, only to be given burnt and hard food. I returned the entire order. Paid for my coffee. Went back today ordered a matcha, my matcha arrived and I was given a menu but no one came to take my order. No one came to get my order. Full Service was given to people sitting next to me. I stood up to pay for my matcha and left to go have breakfast elsewhere! An update: it’s been a month and I never heard from them after this email: ‘Thank you for sharing your contact information, We will make on Monday to gather more information. I had brunch with beautiful friends yesterday at Bootlegger Coffee Company in Harrington Street. Delicious brunch with an exquisite tomato relish...delicious! Then came the best part...when I asked the wonderful Corbyn if there was a tiny possibility of a take-away of the relish, I was met with "we will make it happen"! Don't you just love this?! I adore abundant humans!
