I recently had an unfortunate experience at the mouth-watering Haplea D'ale restaurant, which left an extremely negative impression on me. While trying to place an order, I interacted with an employee named Adriana (long, brown hair, tied in a ponytail), who unfortunately displayed inappropriate behavior and a totally inappropriate attitude. 1. Inappropriate behavior: During our conversation, I felt that I was treated with contempt and arrogance by Adriana, who seemed to have a totally unprofessional attitude. This is not how customers should be treated, especially since I was planning to spend money. 2. Incorrect information: I asked about second-rate options available and received an answer that later turned out to be false. Adriana told me that only the mushroom stew was still available, despite the fact that I had information to the contrary. This caused me further discomfort and made me question the integrity of the location. 3. Unprofessional behavior of her friend: During my interaction with Adriana, I noticed the presence of a man who appeared to be a friend of hers. He behaved inappropriately and uttered bad words. It is unacceptable for employees to have friends in the restaurant that disrupt the customer experience. After this experience, I cannot recommend the restaurant Haplea D'ale guirii with confidence. It is important that employees are courteous, professional and honest in their interactions with customers. I would suggest that the management should look into this situation and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of service provided.
