Dining at Aburi Hana last week was an unforgettable experience. Chef Ryusuke and the entire team created a journey that went far beyond a meal—it truly felt like art in motion. Every course was beautifully presented, with layers of flavor that were both delicate and bold, honoring tradition while feeling modern and exciting. What stood out most was the care and passion behind every detail—the service was graceful yet warm, and the staff made the evening feel personal and welcoming. You could feel Chef Ryusuke’s dedication in every bite, and it made the dinner not just delicious but deeply memorable. This was one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining moments I’ve ever had in Toronto. Super sad as this will be the last review I do of this phenomenal restaurant. Wife and I attended the final dinner service and it was fantastic. Fantastic dinner service. Best wishes to Chef Ryusuke as he goes back to Japan to start a new chapter. Also big fans of Amy and Eric and wish them the best in UK. Thanks for the great memories and phenomenal service.
