STAR KITCHEN in the HAFENPICK snack bar. You probably won't enjoy fish soup like this anywhere else. You can notice the love of cooking here, not only through the finely balanced types of fish and spices in the wonderfully tasty soup What is special is not only the unique taste of the Büsumer crabs, which are often found here, but also the preparation. Before each sale, the individual components of the soup are gradually put together while heating in front of the buyers' eyes, like in a show kitchen at Lafer, Hänssler, etc. Many small, evenly cut brunoises also probably took just as much work as peeling the crabs. You can also have the fish soup with a slightly hot or spicy chili sauce. This is also delicious, but for me it is no longer unique because other flavors are then lost.
