The only reason I was choosing this hotel was because of the rooftop spa. Until recently the rooftop spa was included into the price. During this visit I got to know that the policy has changed and I need to pay if I want to use the rooftop spa. The management has changed I heard, well, I guess the new management knows how to maximise the profit. Service: 1

A wonderful ground floor with a beautiful interior, bar, and music (we got there when the DJs were playing), good cocktails. The room is average, lacking lighting, and you need to ask for the remote control for the air conditioner at the reception no matter which floor you are on. The air conditioner itself is installed right at the head of the bed and blows air into your eyes and face, which is very unpleasant and obviously makes it impossible to rest or sleep. Service: 5
