I was recommended to visit HAMBRGR King William location in Hamilton so we decided to make a food trip out of it. Located in Downtown Hamilton, there’s paid street and lot parking nearby. The restaurant has a nice decor and ambiance. I think that the tables are somewhat too close to each other but there’s other seating areas. Service is prompt and friendly. They are knowledgeable about their menu and Chef’s Smash. We went with the Hawaiian Punch, Original Hamont and the Biggie Mac. I enjoyed the Biggie Mac as it felt like an upscale Big Mac. The Original Hamont has a strong pickle flavour that was a bit overwhelming but it was still a solid burger. The Hawaiian was the best of the bunch. They are premium burgers and it’s worth a visit if you are in the area. It’s not worth the drive if you are just coming for the burgers.

Can't even get a simple order right! Manager was unprofessional when dealing with the problem.

I loved this restaurant when they had the two burgers one was called ring of fire and the other one was something to do with a bunch of cheeses and now their both no longer on the menu. Very upset because they were my fav :(
