Hôtel en plaine campagne. Vraiment sympa et au calme. Le personnel nous a très bien reçu.Par contre le plus gênant est la chambre avec des rideaux très fins. On a réveillé à 5h du matin par la lumière.

We were able to visit Gut Sarnow for the first time in autumn 2022 and almost a year later, we were able to celebrate our wedding there. I cannot put into words how warm and “on the ball” the team there is; agreements and wishes were fulfilled to the fullest extent and beyond. Ms. Sievers and her team simply make dreams come true. The hotel rooms are lovingly designed, the winter garden and the ballroom are incredible. It doesn't require much decoration at all. The rooms and the surroundings appear completely alone. We were already thrilled, but I don't want to keep to myself the fact that our guests described the whole property and especially the ballroom as “fairytale-like”. The cake that was served at coffee time was super delicious and my little brother especially liked the covered apple cake. His conclusion: “The cake tastes like grandma baked it.” But the dinner (unfortunately we as the bride and groom didn't have much of an appetite, but our guests did) was also excellent. My father is a hunter himself and my mother is an excellent cook and the game dish we had on the buffet was just as good, if not a little bit better, than my mother's. But all of the other dishes also made all of our hearts beat faster. In addition, pretty much everything was prepared gluten-free, with a few small exceptions, so that my cousin and I could also enjoy the delicacies. We would also like to highlight the service team at coffee time and in the evening. What great, funny and thoughtful young people. Since the majority of our guests also stayed overnight at the estate, we were able to end what was probably the best day of our lives so far with breakfast together. The rest of our wedding cake was put on the buffet again and here too I was offered so many wonderful gluten-free alternatives, which I honestly don't expect at all. But it shows just how much detail the team at Gut Sarnow goes into. We would like to thank the entire team at Gut Sarnow once again and perhaps my husband and I will be able to enjoy your hospitality again.
