We are pleased to know that you remember our first ice cream shop, opened as you correctly say in Piazza Paleocapa in Turin way back in 2003, and that the pleasure of our ice cream has remained in your memory 20 years later. At the same time, we are very sorry to hear that your experience today was not positive. Our ice cream is the same, it has not changed over time: today, as then, it is produced with ingredients of natural origin, without adding flavourings, colorings or emulsifying additives and it is still for everyone, because it is also gluten-free. It is made with high quality fresh Italian milk, spring water and eggs from free-range hens. And, among the ingredients of our most loved flavours, we can still find the fine cocoa from Central and South America, the Siracusa PGI lemons, the Piedmontese round hazelnuts and the fine Indian Alphonso mangoes. Our ice cream still retains its pure taste and clean label, and is made with respect for the environment and with a careful and accurate production process. The taste and appreciation of a flavor is subjective and we do not dispute your personal judgement, but we would like to confirm that our quality has truly not changed and that our ice cream does not contain any type of flavourings, neither artificial nor natural. The price of the granulated cone is actually €0.50 because it is made by hand, dipping one cone at a time into melted chocolate and embellishing it with chopped Piedmontese hazelnuts. Our cone, today as then, is a real biscuit, carefully made gluten-free and combining ingredients exclusively of natural origin. We are sorry that the price was not communicated by the staff in the shop, but we confirm that it is regularly displayed on the price list hanging in the shop and is indicated as a "specialty".
