A little outside the center and the seafront, it faces the Marina Bay. Definitely not an elegant environment and basic service (forget about smiles and ceremonies, but if it's not your first day in Albania you should be used to it) but a very substantial restaurant. Good food, absolute value for money. Finally, and not to be taken for granted, the possibility of paying by card.
