Hi Terie Senecal, Thank you for taking the time to post your review on our meatball subs. I’m sorry you didn’t like it, which is surprising, as well sell about 6 dozen a week. But like any other restaurant, there are items that people enjoy, like your comments about our pizza, and items that people do not like. Our subs are on a 12” bun, they are toasted and do have 3 meatballs cut and spread evenly over the bun. The balls are not frozen, not sure why you thought that. If at any time you are not happy with your order, we encourage our customers to call us immediately, so we have a chance to correct it and satisfy their concerns. I hope you will continue to order from us, we do appreciate the review - good or bad we do need to hear from our customers. Robin
