The food was tasty but we didn't think it was special. Dish with oil also tasted very greasy. Service was busy, rushed and it was not a team. Serving happened unexpectedly and from both the left and the right, with the men first and then the ladies. One course of the wine arrangement was "forgotten", but we did have a drink with coffee as a compensation. A nicely decorated and not packed restaurant. Almost impossible to describe in one word, #amazing! Nice personal menu card, with extra attention for the birthday boy or girl! An evening you will never forget, a beautiful memory added to my timeline. We will definitely have dinner here again (but we will come by bike... ;-). Thank you for the service and sincere attention, that makes it a big 10+ personally Details: Atmosphere 4+, motivation; These are personal points on the proverbial i, I don't like plastic (plant) and I find a flower more pleasant than a "fat" plant (a single rose or gerbera with a sprig of green). Vrijdag wezen lunchen bij restaurant Ledeboer. 1 keer nooit weer. Het eten was prima maar hoe daar met personeel wordt omgegaan kan niet door de beugel. Wij vonden het op zn zachtst gezegd erg onprofessioneel dat de leidinggevende een stagiair midden in het restaurant luidruchtig begon te bekritiseren met negatieve feedback. Hierna liep de leidinggevende de (open) keuken in om daar, heel stoer, aan de rest van de koks luidruchtig te vertellen wat hij allemaal tegen de stagiair had gezegd. Mijn gezelschap en ik hoorden alles en wij waren stomverbaasd en voelden medelijden met de stagair. Zo'n onprofessionele samenwerking hoort niet in een restaurant waar teamwork centraal hoort te staan. Wij stonden er helemaal versteld van en de sfeer in het restaurant betrok ook direct. Erg teleurstellende ervaring
