Completely ignored by the waiter no less than 3 times. When we wanted to leave, another waiter came to ask if we wanted to order. When we responded yes to this, we received the response that he was going to call someone. Then ignored again by the waiter. In the meantime, our desire for an evening out for dinner was over. I really left with the feeling that they did not want to serve the people. It wasn't even busy, because in that case we could have understood it, but unfortunately. Bought hamburgers in the market and quickly fled to our house. They won't see us again at the grand café. Rather grand Zero. Never experienced anything like this at other Center Parcs.,
We went there twice and were disappointed both times 35 minutes after our order I called a waiter to see if there was a problem. We are confirmed that in fact the kitchens were no longer receiving orders so they were behind a lot of time. Ok but why is it up to me to come and get the information? We will receive our pancakes 1 hour after ordering... no commercial gestures will be offered. The next day, their bancontact reader is broken. It happens... but it's very complicated to find cash and be able to order. We can collect cash at the pool reception but it is limited to €50/person. We will therefore have to take turns lining up. But the waitress refuses to take the order until my friend comes back with the rest of the money. We are wasting time on a problem that is not our fault. No gestures will be offered either. In terms of helpfulness and business, everything needs to be reviewed. Food wise, we ate well. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
