Wow , nous avons adoré notre expérience!!! Tout y était, un beau restaurant, de l'ambiance, un bel accueil, un décor épatant, mircobrasserie, un marché, des tables interactives wow!!!! Nous avions 6 enfants bien occupés. La nourriture quonq nous a servi était excellente. Étant donné que louverl'ouv est même rescente , il y a un certain réajustement a faire entre le service Humain et technologique. Mais je crois que c'est seulement une question de temps. Le service est excellent malgre tout. Réajustement organisationnel pour faciliter la communication et la coordination des opérations. Un endroit innovateur qui a plus a tous. Ce sera un succes assuré!

We went for an early dinner on a Saturday of a long weekend. We asked to be seated on the patio and were escorted past many empty tables with proper seating to a picnic table near the back (close to the staff smoking area). We asked if we could have one of the tables that had chairs but were told that they were reserved. Really? Whatever. We sat uncomfortably at our table. Our server was pleasant enough but not terribly knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered a few things to share - Caesar salad (overdressed), mushroom pasta (it used to be much better!), and a pizza which met our expectations. We each had a cocktail, both of which were balanced in flavour and well-executed. Overall, an underwhelming experience. Not worth it to go back when there are so many gems in the area. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

While I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the cocktails and pizza, I regret that the rest of the meal and the service fell short of what we strive to provide. I can’t help but feel the overall quality of my experience here has gone rather downhill compared to a year or two ago. I had some friends from out of town over and I had talked up this place as one of my favourite places in town. Upon arrival we were sat at a table with food clearly still smudged on the table and we had to ask for it to be cleaned. We ordered appetizers and our food came out, but we had to ask for cutlery as none was given out to us. My partner and I ordered a beverage that came out with some lavender garnish in it. The menu said nothing about lavender in the drink and my partner is Allergic to lavender. We asked for no garnish and were told it had lavender syrup in it as well. This is concerning and dangerous since that was also not listed on the drink ingredients. My friends food arrived ice cold. They got the chicken fingers and we were told they should be battered and cooked fresh before they come out, but there was no way. These chicken fingers were sitting out for a long time. The crust on our pizza was also burnt and did not taste great. The manager came over and apologized. They offered to pay for my friends meal. It felt half hearted because the drink wasn’t included in what they paid for. They also offered us 2 free desserts, but there were 4 of us, so that was weird. Over all the experience was bad and I felt embarrassed I brought my friends here after talking about it as much as I did. I had to apologize to my friends. I used to love graffiti market, I’m not sure what happened to it. I can’t recommend it as it is now. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
