I do not advise anyone to deal with them. The food is very cold and brutal, the customer service is irresponsible, and there is no interest in following up on any complaints, except that my stomach hurts very much from the food. I don't recommend eating from gracias at all, the food was not good and I had a very bad stomachaches and their customer service is not responsible at all. Search for other alternatives rather than going to this bad place! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Excellent service. Cute outdoor seating with fans for the tables. Parking nearby. Unfortunately the food is not good. It looks good but it doesn’t taste great. Cold nacho cheese and uncooked beans on the nachos. The salsa tastes like marinara sauce. You get served five chips with your tacos or burrito. I really wanted to have some good Mexican / Latin food.
