Delicious coffee, but I didn’t like the service, none of the employees said hello or smiled. Although the employees were free, there was no queue. We took coffee with us. No please, no thank you, nothing. Everything is silent. I can’t come to my senses... On May 12, Mother's Day, my sister and I invited my mother to dinner at Gourmet Coffee Kadriorg. We calmly waited until our table was cleared. We sat down. While they brought us water, while we placed our order... 20-25 minutes passed! During this time, in total, we tried 4 times to ask for a vase to place my mother’s bouquet. In the meantime, the sister herself wanted to take it from the bar, but without success)) Our waitress was in the hall, was not busy, but did not come to our table. Then the sister called her over and asked why it took so long for them to fulfill a simple request. I would like to note that the sister spoke correctly, without raising her tone, in the state language. In response, we heard an absolutely boorish text, I convey it verbatim... ‘’We have a holiday here and there are a lot of people, as you can see! Therefore, if you come in a bad mood and want to swear, then go somewhere else! What bad will happen to your flowers?! They lie perfectly on the chair)) In our restaurant there is a rule not to serve scandalous clients! And if you can’t wait for a vase, then how will you wait for your dishes that take 30 minutes to prepare?!’’ So, with an absolutely straight face and with undisguised anger, they made it clear to us that it was THEIR Mother’s Day, and this had nothing to do with our 79-year-old mother! The girl didn’t even try to be polite and she clearly liked to tell us all this, mincing every word! I repeat once again - there was no negativity on our part and we did not create a scandal as the waitress presented it! It was very unpleasant and humiliating to listen to such open rudeness in the presence of my mother! They made it clear to us that no one would be upset if we left this establishment. That's what we did... The mood was ruined. It was a pity for wasted time and nerves! At the Sardiinid restaurant, where we went, we were served very quickly, although the room was full! And they brought us a vase a minute after we sat down at the table! Strange, right?! I would like to ask the owner of the establishment a question. Are the staff of this “hospitable” place random people from the street or have they undergone at least some training?! And the main question is - who gave this lady the right to ruin our evening?! In the presence of an elderly woman who came to celebrate her holiday?! What is this - a biased attitude towards us personally or a lack of education in principle?! It’s a pity that we didn’t ask the name of this waitress, I wanted to leave this place as soon as possible! I won’t go there again and I won’t recommend it to anyone I know.
