Service excellent en revanche la nourriture surgelée industrielle est à peine réchauffée.Le micro onde est poussif, on a attendu presque une heure un plat surgelé.Je doute qu’ils ont un cuisinier.Ne venez pas! Fuyez!

Unfortunately, my visit to the bar disappointed me. We waited more than an hour for our food, despite the fact that there were not many guests. After a long wait they first brought two salads and then for the next 15 minutes there was no sign that the rest of the order would arrive anytime soon. When I pointed out the long wait and asked when the rest of the order would be delivered, there was still no change for the next few minutes. I have to admit that I didn't like the fact that the food was brought around by meal instead of everyone at the table being served at the same time. When I asked for the bill and insisted that I didn't like the way of service and the endlessly long wait, I was met with a response that was anything but professional - the waitress replied without hesitation: *"But you had a good time."* I explained to her that the taste of the food is of course important, but everything else also affects the experience, which ultimately led to disappointment. It would have been appropriate to have warned us when we ordered that we would have to wait longer than usual for the food, if there was a reason for this. The restaurant has great potential, but the work organization is really bad. I noticed several waiters behind the bar, while the guests at the tables were waiting too long. Even after we had already ordered the food, after a few minutes another waiter stopped by the table and wanted to take the order again. The service is slow, and if you complain, you don't get the feeling that your opinion really matters. Apologies sound automated, much like the phrase *"good run,"* uttered when placing a plate on the table. It's a shame, because a place with better harmony between kitchen and service could offer a pleasant experience. At the moment, however, it does not meet the expectations it promises at first glance.
