Отличное заведение,хорошее место для отдыха!!!Не раз посещали Mood Place Приятное обслуживание!!!Огромное спасибо, хочу выразить официантке Анастасии,за приятное обслуживание.Помогла в выборе.Доходчиво объяснила про карту лояльности,которая приятным бонусом украсила наш вечер!!!Большое разнообразие вкусов на кальян,отличная работа кальянщиков!!!Небольшая по разнообразию кухня,но вкусная!!!Очень понравились блюда: жаренные роллы и бургер "Прощай Макдональдс".

Having just visited this establishment, I can say that I definitely do not recommend visiting it for the following reasons: 1. Bad food, the carbonara I ordered was terribly salty and took a very long time to be served, when the room was 30 percent full; 2. The loyalty program literally doesn’t work at all; I made a card and couldn’t use it because, according to the waitress, “she blew the check,” without bothering to find out if I was connected to the loyalty program. I can say that this establishment does not meet quality standards and the basic principles of working with clients; I definitely do not recommend visiting this establishment, since while on vacation there is a possibility of getting a disgusting mood. I visited this establishment for the second time on December 18, 2023. 1. I can note that the service has improved, the waiters are very attentive. 2. As for the dishes, I can definitely recommend the cream of mushroom soup and Caesar with chicken (take the grilled chicken with it, you definitely won’t regret it). 3. Quite tasty tea, I had a chance to try 2 types of tea and they are actually quite good. 4. “Where would we be without a hookah?” and here he actually pleased me, just like the first time, just a moderate amount of tobacco; a good employee clearly knows what he’s doing. That's all about the positives! I would like to see the improvement and, ultimately, the efficiency of the discount system - the only negative that I can note after the second visit.
