De loin le meilleur accueil de tout Ferrare. Propriétaire charmante et professionnel. Un très bon spritz Campari bien corsé avec une belle portion de chips et une délicieuse piadina généreuse et qualitative et pour de petits prix. Je recommande à 1000%

We sit at a table. Lady waiter is busy with another table, takes their order, goes in to prepare stuff (5-6people if I remember well) comes in and out twice to take them stuff. When she’s done (a good five minutes we were sitting and waiting) she finally turns to us, and asks ‘what would you like’. We ask for the menu -‘there is no menu’, so we ask what do you have and she says ‘the food is posted on the window behind you’. So we start to read. This is the point when bar lady comments under her lips ‘He’s had all the time ’ referring to my other half, implying he should have read all already when she comes and asks. How do we know the food is on that list and there is no menu. My BF happens to be black, speaks no Italian - but I do and I understand what she means under her tight lips. We are all Italians and we know our folks. We tell her ‘a hamburger’ - one of the things on the list in the window. She says ‘oh we do not do any of the cooked things from there now ‘ (it was 12:30). So what do you have available then- she answers ‘anything you see on the counter’. So we must take a random thing from the counter because all I want is to leave fast. Where are the good vibrations. Avoid the place. Food is crap anyway. Person who posted the reply was not there because the lady was alone, now he wants to argue that we were the ones to start it - it was not. I certainly made no effort to hide my irritation to the way we were treated. When she finally took me my cappuccino I threw two bags of sugar 5 inches across the table, really annoyed - I meant it, to make sure it was clear that I heard what she had said. Chap responding forgot that when she gave me the change I did not say thanks or goodbye. And he/she also reiterated that ‘we had all the time’. Is this the way clients should be treated?
