I spent my vacation with my family at the resort of the Chelyabinsk region "Golden Beach" Lake Turgoyak. There is an establishment on the territory - the Golden Beach restaurant. One day, my wife and son came in for a cup of coffee. The prices of this establishment are from the “premium” segment, but the quality of service is like that of a “roadside eatery”; I can’t say anything about the cuisine, since I didn’t order anything other than tea, coffee and dessert. So, we arrived in the first half of the day, around 12:00, we were practically kicked out of the restaurant from the doorway, explaining that they were open from 13:00, the staff did not greet the guests (us) as expected. After 13:00, we came again, no one greeted us, we sat down at a table and for 5-7 minutes no one noticed us or approached us, then I turned to the waiter who was serving the neighboring tables with a request to give me a menu, after another Another waiter (a girl) came up to us a couple of minutes, brought several crumpled menus and with a dissatisfied look informed us that the order would take more than one hour. I asked about the preparation time for the drinks, and they told me 20 minutes or more. We were very surprised and at the same time upset by this approach of the staff of this establishment. There is no point in writing about the service, it couldn’t be worse. The food on the first day was excellent, everything was delicious. We tried about 5 different dishes. The cheese steak was delicious and served as it should be, the next day we ordered two, both overcooked and without mangoes and berries, like they were stolen after this of course I won’t come back here again. The photo shows how it was the first time, I even wanted to take it off. But I didn’t have time to share it on social networks with a recommendation. The reception desk said that the restaurant opened this week after renovations. No renovations noticed, old furniture. Breakfast buffet is 2 out of 10. Few dishes, dried out bread and rolls, ham made from cheap offal with a grayish tint. We took half board at the hotel with dinner, one type of dish for dinner. Unbaked cheesecake from the refrigerator; instead of beef stroganoff, we were offered meat made from vein scraps. On the second day I asked to bring a glass of water for dinner, they refused, and they sold me 140 rubles per bottle. Dinner consisted of chicken thighs, Olivier and bulgur. The dessert this time looked edible. The problem is that this is one establishment that operates on the hotel premises on a permanent basis and there is nowhere else to go.
