I recently had dinner at Glorious Bastards on Promenade in Linz. Walking in, the space felt bold yet welcoming—with its industrial-chic interior, wood-fired oven glow, and buzzing open kitchen creating instant energy. I started with thin-crust wood-fired pizza—crispy, slightly charred, and loaded with gooey cheese. The burger followed: juicy, perfectly grilled, paired with golden fries. Their craft beers, brewed onsite, added lively flavor and matched both dishes beautifully. Service was laid-back and friendly: staff guided me through beers and kept the pace just right. It felt fun and casual with an edge. At its heart, Glorious Bastards is a vibrant mix of a pizzeria, grill, and brewery—simple, tasty, and full of character.
