Totally understand it's small airport but you have an opportunity to do an incredible restaurant in this location unfortunately the restaurant is mediocre to terrible at best. Came in this afternoon as I had an hour or so to wait before my plane was leaving and thought I would have their daily special of fish and chips since it was advertised on the board. After waiting for about 15 minutes for it arrived at my table - burnt fries, frozen fish sticks that had freezer burn and tasted like meat. Thus was accompanied with tarter sauce right out of a plastic bottle. The only thing fresh was the lemon. When I asked the young lady behind the counter if it was frozen she said " I don't know". I said, but you work here right? She replied "yes but I don't know about the food". Shame on you Gliss - you have a great opportunity to make small portions of great food - you have some interesting items on your menu I've been here once before and was disappointed then as well with the cranberry, goat cheese & chicken wrap - likely won't be here again. Now I know why there are 30 people in the waiting room and just me in the restaurant. Tip- eat before you head to the airport !
