A recommended culinary masterpiece in every respect! Our visit to Restaurant Gioia was a culinary revelation, marked by exceptional freshness, quality and expertise from start to finish. Every dish set the highest standards and made this evening an unforgettable experience. The braised octopus ragout alle Genovese with toasted bread as an appetizer hinted at the restaurant's commitment to the quality of ingredients. With the dry aged tomahawk steak on a bed of rocket and parmesan, our expectations were significantly exceeded. The tender meat literally melted in your mouth, the excellent taste unfolding in every bite. The crowning finale was the fresh persimmon on mascarpone. The ideal combination of a slightly sour note and extreme sweetness results in an extremely sophisticated dessert. In addition to the excellent work of the kitchen staff, we would also like to highlight the talented service staff. They were constantly striving to accommodate our culinary desires. The wine selection complemented each dish wonderfully. I hope that the following pictures make our experience understandable.
