I went to this place on the occasion of a Workshop organized by Acrobral: the room where we worked was comfortable and furnished in a picturesque way. We then savored a truly excellent giro pinsa in terms of quality of ingredients, variety of flavors and delicious flavour. We ate our fill and the staff was very kind and helpful, both at the beginning when I wrote to ask if it was allowed to bring my dog (the answer was yes), and at the end when they gave us some containers to take us to home how much we couldn't finish. Tried this bar-restaurant gem several times at different times and discovered delicious dry passatelli, fresh and well-finished salads but also very good piadina with gratin. As an aperitif, the mojito was delicious and the barman recommended to combine it with the Ginkgo aperitif dish. I was satisfied and I practically drank and ate well for 14 euros. During the day I recommend the excellent Caffe Bio which, combined with brioche with fresh cream in the morning, is my favorite breakfast. The restaurant is very nice and well-kept, informal as well as its name: Ginkgo Cucina Informale The young and brilliant staff with a prevalence of women. Located inside the sports center so I always find young people training in athletics or tennis rather than football And it is very relaxing to sit and enjoy the view.
