Let's start with the main issue: the climate. In recent years we have organized many weddings and events in general even in disastrous and complex climatic conditions. In the event of adverse weather forecasts, as you already know, we follow a very specific process, in which we explicitly ask the bride and groom to tell us what they intend to do, whether to "risk" the cold outdoors or decide to move everything indoors closed. Precisely because we care that every event goes in the best possible way, we contacted you in the afternoon to find out your intentions, also warning you about the wind. In light of our communication, you yourselves decided to do everything outside. Fortunately we have a location, like that of Gilda on The Beach, unique in its territory, with an infinite availability of covered spaces between the restaurant and the rooms used for events. Indeed, we confess that since the kitchen is a stone's throw from the aforementioned spaces, logistically we as an organization are very well faced with Plan B, which you did not want to opt for. The problem of some cold dishes (promptly brought back hot) naturally derives from the strong wind, which on the beach, in September, has a significant impact on the outdoor buffets. We are so sorry to read this review, we believe it does not represent our way of working and inaccurately portrays our professionalism. We have done everything to meet your needs, creating an absolutely competitive menu in terms of costs, which however could not also include the open bar. You were perfectly aware that you did not have this service included, undoubtedly our carelessness was in not proceeding with making a single bill to present to you, instead of asking your guests for it. We accept criticism as long as it is constructive and we are willing to meet you again to be able to clarify everything as best as possible. More
