The rare beef pho (#5) was okay. The salad rolls (#29) are very good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Roll Vegetarian options: They have new menu items that are vegan and vegetarian. The proteins are all tofu.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gibsons Pho Le, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere immediately made me feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my visit was perfect. The menu offered a fantastic variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, but I couldn't resist trying their pho. I opted for the classic beef pho, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with tender slices of beef and fresh herbs. The portions were generous, and every bite was a delightful blend of textures and tastes. What truly stood out to me was the quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the crisp bean sprouts to the aromatic basil leaves. It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into preparing each dish. I also tried their spring rolls, which were light and crispy, paired with a delicious dipping sauce that added just the right amount of tangy sweetness. To round off the meal, I had a refreshing iced Vietnamese coffee that was the perfect blend of strong coffee and sweet condensed milk. Overall, Gibsons Pho Le exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a must-visit. I will definitely be returning soon and recommending it to all my friends.
