Gueuze Tilquin à l’Ancienne is a blend of 1-, 2- and 3-year-old lambics with wort acquired from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon, fermented and matured in oak barrels at the Tilquin blendery.
Only Belgians master the art of brewing gueuzes. Geuzerie Tilquin is the only gueuze blender in Wallonia and their excellent beers prove the Senne valley is more than Brussels and Pajottenland.
