Yesterday we were given a pistachio colomba as a gift, to say it was good is an understatement! A spectacular dessert, I had never eaten such a good dessert! I had lost hope of finding a good traditional dessert, but I changed my mind! With lots of very good pistachio cream, not too sweet so perfect! Really congratulations!!
