Since we only arrived in Salzburg in the evening, we asked in advance by phone during the journey whether we would be able to get something to eat there. Despite the information that the kitchen didn't close until 9, the boss seemed very dismissive when we arrived at 8:30 p.m. We were immediately surprised at her unfriendly manner, but then we took a seat and asked if everything was okay. The boss reacted very rudely and accused us, on the one hand, of not greeting her (which we actually tried to do but unfortunately she ignored it) and, on the other hand, of not communicating clearly enough that we were coming (mind you, we called). The woman probably had a bad day, which we ultimately had to deal with. Unfortunately, her schoolmasterly speech made us feel so uncomfortable that we left the restaurant and won't go there again. We have never in our lives received and treated each other as unfriendly as we did in this restaurant - and that too from the boss. She came to the table like a fury and complained that we hadn't greeted us when we entered the restaurant - which wasn't true. And that the kitchen had actually already closed - at 8.30 p.m. sharp! Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food because we left the restaurant speechless. Vicious sure, stressed and frustrated perhaps. Definitely not recommended. Go 800m further to “Roma” - everyone is super nice and great food ;-) Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
