Good morning, Thanks for your review. making whipped cream with the planetary mixer, we tend to make it on request to …Good morning, Thanks for your review. making whipped cream with the planetary mixer, we tend to make it on request to the first customer who wants it, there are days it is never made and we want to avoid wasting it and possibly serve it in the best possible conditions. It is our concern to always ask the customer if they can wait 5 minutes to have it fresh if it is not ready. If we have not done so towards you it is our negligence and we apologize. Henry More
