Manger dans ce café avec la vue sur Marktstrasse sera une expérience inoubliable pour les visiteurs. C'est le moment de déguster un café délicieux. Un service non professionnel est un point à améliorer ici. La plupart des visiteurs qui utilisent Google n'ont pas donné une bonne note à Eisdiele Garda.

Had a nice capuccino flavoured ice cream here just this minute, which my husband and I sat down to a table to eat. The table had just been vacated but hadn't been cleared. A waitress then approached and spoke to us; we didn't understand initially, however when she addressed us in basic english we were asked to leave. She cleared the table ehich exposed a grubby, brightly coloured laminated card taped to the table top which she pointed to, indicating (in german) the table was only for service customers and we 'have to go.' She waved her arm in the general direction of the mall, indicating that's where we should go. She continued to stand over us, telling us loudly and extremely rudely in germanglish to go away until we actually stood up and left. So thanks to her we have no further interest in Bad Tölz despite only arriving 3 hours ago. Way to make visitors feel welcome - not. I try not to categorise Germans, but they make it very difficult. The ice cream was nice but the staff left an extremely bad taste in my mouth, and I don't understand why this woman hasn't been trained in good manners. Horrible service today. I could not believe how we were treated by the man working tonight. We ordered three cups of ice cream and ate them at one of their tables outside. When we were finished we took the three empty paper cups and brought them back to the counter to ask where to put them. We were yelled at and thrown out of the place. We really brougt them back to be polite and not just leave them on the table. We were very harshly told to throw them away in a public waste bin somewhere.
